Website terms of use

These terms govern your use of greenwake.ai and its pages, tools and demos (the "Site"). The Site is run by Greenwake, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Greenwake", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

These terms cover the public website only. If your company subscribes to Greenwake, its use of the Greenwake app is governed by its agreement with us, not by these terms.

1. Who may use the Site

The Site is meant for business use by people 18 or older. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for that company.

2. Tools and demos on the Site

The Site includes free tools, such as the RORO Calculator and the Growth Gap Calculator, and Ask Sadie, a demo of our product.

  • Calculators. The RORO Calculator and the Growth Gap Calculator run in your browser and estimate outcomes from the numbers you enter and from stated assumptions. Their results are illustrations, not forecasts or promises. If you submit a form from a calculator, we use the numbers you submit to prepare for our reply.
  • Ask Sadie demo. Ask Sadie answers questions about ACME, a fictional company with made-up data. Answers are written by an AI model and may be incomplete or wrong. Don't type personal, confidential or sensitive information into it. We may limit how many questions you can ask, and we may change or remove the demo at any time.

Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Any decisions you make based on the Site are your own.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • try to get around usage limits, bot checks or security measures;
  • scrape, crawl or copy the Site or its demo answers in bulk, or use automated means to access it, except search engines indexing public pages;
  • use the Site or its outputs to build or train a competing product or AI model;
  • send anything harmful, such as malware, or anything meant to make the AI demo produce harmful, misleading or unlawful content;
  • interfere with the Site's operation, or overload it; or
  • pretend to be someone else, or misstate your connection with a company.

We may suspend or block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Information you send us

When you fill in a form or request a report, you confirm the information is accurate and yours to share. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

5. Our content and brand

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, the Greenwake Growth System, the Growth Diagnostic, Sadie and our logos, belong to Greenwake or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business use, with credit to Greenwake. You may not copy, sell, republish or create works based on them without our written permission. "Greenwake" and our logos are our trademarks.

6. Links and third-party services

The Site may link to other websites, and it uses third-party services, such as Cloudflare's bot check. We're not responsible for other sites or services, and their own terms apply.

7. Disclaimers

The Site, its tools and the Ask Sadie demo are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Greenwake will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to $100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to cover Greenwake's reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, from any claim arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when. Changes apply from that date, and using the Site after that means you accept them.

11. Governing law

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the Site will be decided only in the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
